19 September 2018 – This year’s WTO Public Forum entitled “Trade: 2030” will feature 112 sessions covering sustainable trade, technology-enabled trade and a more inclusive trading system. Green fiscal policy will also be discussed in some sessions including one organised by the Friends of Fossil Fuel Subsidy Reform on ‘The role of Fossil Fuel Subsidy Reform towards achieving Agenda 2030’s sustainable objectives and its impact on trade’ which will be held on 2 October from 14:00-15:30 (CET).
