23 April 2017 – The Vulnerable Twenty (V20) nations held a dialogue with G20 countries at the recent G20 Finance Minister Meeting in Washington D.C. In their Ministerial Communiqué adopted after the meeting, the V20 countries commit to introduce carbon pricing by 2025 and urge G20 countries to deliver on their low-emission commitments, their pledges to end fossil fuel subsidies and to introduce carbon pricing.
