The Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE) will deliver the pilot edition of a moderated e-course on Green Fiscal Reform between 18 September – 10 November 2017. The course introduces various concepts, policy instruments and enabling conditions to identify, assess and harness benefits of fiscal policies in the context of the 2030 Development Agenda. Fellowships are available to interested learners from developing countries. The application deadline for fellowships is 28 August. The regular application deadline is 11 September.
