Interactive training seminars developed by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in cooperation with Green Budget Germany focus on the design and implementation of environmental fiscal reform. The training programme employs innovative methods and interactive group work for a practical approach to environmental fiscal reform. It targets policy makers, administration officials, consultants, NGO representatives and other stakeholders from developing and emerging economies, representatives of donor agencies or academics interested in promoting or applying environmental fiscal reform.
