Climate Change Laws of the World – Grantham Institute database

The Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment and Sabin Center for Climate Change Law have compiled a database on Climate Change Laws of the World that builds on several years of data collection.

The database covers climate-related laws, as well as laws and policies promoting low carbon transitions, which reflects the relevance of climate policy in areas including energy, transport, land use, and climate resilience.

Climate Change Litigation of the World features climate litigation cases from 25 countries. These cases raise issues of law or fact regarding the science of climate change and/or climate change mitigation and adaptation policies or efforts before an administrative, judicial or other investigatory body.

The database is available through this link.
