12 December 2018 – The 24th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) took place in Katowice, Poland from 3-14 December. IFAD, IMF, UNCTAD, UN Environment and WTO organized a panel discussion at the Conference on ‘The Roles of Fiscal Policy, Financial Markets and Trade in Implementing the Paris Agreement’.
