09.11.2018 – Hanoi is planning to collect fees from car drivers and the level of this vehicle charge depends on the scope of pollution levels and the congestion of the areas. The city, however, will not charge a fee for motorbikes travelling into inner-city areas, but plan to restrict motorbikes in a number of central areas.
