This report by the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) and Oil Change International (OCI) documents the scale and structure of fossil-fuel exploration subsidies in the G20 countries. It estimates that governments across the G20 countries are spending $88 billion every year subsidising exploration for fossil fuels.
