Using state-of-the-art modeling tools, this report by the Center of Global Energy Policy of the Columbia University in collaboration with the Rhodium Group, the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center (TPC), and Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy provides an up-to-date view of likely outcomes if a federal carbon tax is implemented in the United States.
