Global Warming of 1.5 °C (IPCC)

In its landmark report on the fast-approaching dangers of climate change, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said that putting a price on carbon dioxide emissions is “a necessary lubricant” to help balance out the impact of higher energy prices in a carbon-constrained world.
