European Attitudes to Climate Change and Energy (ESS)

A new study from the European Social Survey (ESS) reveals the attitudes of Europeans towards climate change and assessed support for different environmental policies to reduce climate change. The results show that the use of public money to subsidize renewable energy is particularly popular whereas only 30% of respondents are in favor of increasing fossil fuel taxes.
