It has been held every year since 2000 as an international meeting of specialists and a forum for the exchange of ideas and research findings on environmental taxation and other market based instruments designed to protect the environment and foster sustainability. The 20th Conference (GCET20) will focus on the theme of Economic Policies for Low-Carbon Development. The conference is organized by the Cyprus University of Technology, in Limassol, Cyprus. This year the Green Fiscal Policy Network will host the final plenary session of the Conference on “Equity in green fiscal policy“, on Friday 27 September, between 16:15 and 17:45.
