High-level seminar on circular economy

Green Budget Europe (GBE), together with the Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP) and the Ex’Tax Project Foundation from the Netherlands, is organizing a high-level seminar on the circular economy. The seminar will discuss the results of a project commissioned by the Finnish Innovation Fund (Sitra), which looked at the Finnish economy and – based on best practices in other European countries and initiatives from the BrusselsBrusselsOECD, World Bank and other international institutions – produced a set of proposals on fiscal incentives to promote low-carbon and circular economy objectives in Finland.
