Delivering the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) requires the mobilisation and effective use of all available sources of financing. Among the finance options available, the role of fiscal policies will be particularly important. Fiscal policies can mobilize domestic recourses, encourage efficient use of public spending, stimulate private investment and shift consumer behaviour.
