The Green Fiscal Policy Network in cooperation with Green Budget Germany organised a side-event at the 2016 EU Green Week to explore how fiscal policies can support implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement.  A keynote speech by Hans Eichel (Former Finance Minister, Germany 1999-2005) was followed by a high-level panel discussion with European, international and national experts. Technical expert group on fossil fuel subsidy indicator for SDG12c

Reaching scale with finance: Fiscal policy and blended finance that mobilizes public and private capital for climate action
