This UNEP publication (December 2014) explains and analyzes Ghana’s efforts at greening its economy through a number of environmental fiscal measures, including a sector-by-sector overview of some of the initiatives implemented to date. The study also provides some policy options that could strengthen the use of fiscal policy in achieving a green economy transformation.
