Environmental Fiscal Reform Potential in 14 EU Member States (Eunomia, IEEP, Aarhus University)

This study by Eunomia, Aarhus University and IEEP for the European Commission identifies the potential for environmental tax reform in 14 EU Member States. The study builds on previous work for the European Commission and by the European Environment Agency. The study estimates that environmental taxes could generate additional revenues of EUR 38 billion by 2017 and EUR 111 billion in 2025 across the 14 Member States in the study.
